Our five-frame nucs are a perfect start for beekeepers looking to grow strong, healthy colonies. Each nuc is delivered in a durable plastic Pro-Nuc, Jester, or similar box, and includes the following:

• Strong, Healthy Bees: These bees have been carefully selected and treated for mites, ensuring a robust start for your colony.
• No Pollination Bees: Our bees are not sourced from pollination operations, ensuring they are of superior quality for hive development.
• 5 Frames: The nuc contains a mix of wood and/or plastic frames, providing a solid foundation for your colony's growth.
• Brood in Various Stages: At least three of the frames will contain brood in different stages—eggs, larvae, and capped brood—helping you establish a healthy, productive hive right from the start.
• Frame of Food: One frame will be stocked with honey and pollen, providing essential nutrition to support your bees' early development.
• Frame of Drawn comb: A frame of Drawn comb will help accommodate the colony's rapid growth, giving the bees space to expand.

Important Note: These colonies are growing fast! We strongly recommend transferring them into a larger hive within a day of purchase to provide enough space for expansion. Failure to do so may result in the bees starting to build swarm cells.
